Permanent deletion zone

Destructive Controls

Hard deletion is irreversible and must be used only for records confirmed as test data.

01

Delete one confirmed test lead

Use the Hard delete button on a lead card. The exact lead reference must be typed before deletion.

02

Delete all detected test leads

Deletes every recent lead that the Worker detects or that an operator has marked as test.

03

Prefer reversible archive

Archive first whenever evidence is incomplete. Restore remains available from the Lead Hygiene tab.

Destructive safeguard

Permanent deletion removes the test lead and related student workflow records. Finance audit history and unrelated partner records are not silently removed.
