1. Acceptance of these terms
These Website Terms of Use apply when you access or use pathwayselect.com.au, Morrow and other public digital services operated by Pathway Select. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not continue to use the website.
Additional terms may apply to specific services, including our Student Services Terms and Placement Support Terms.
2. About Pathway Select
Pathway Select is an independent education pathway guidance and referral service. It provides information, tools and introductions intended to help users explore possible study, career and placement pathways.
Pathway Select is not a registered training organisation, university, TAFE, school, government agency, employer, migration adviser, financial adviser or legal adviser unless a page expressly states otherwise.
3. General information only
Website information is general and may not account for your complete circumstances. Course availability, fees, funding rules, eligibility, entry requirements, delivery methods, placement requirements, occupation data and provider information can change.
You must verify important information with the relevant education provider, regulator, funding authority, employer or other responsible body before making a decision or incurring a cost.
4. Using Morrow
Morrow is an AI-assisted pathway adviser. It may help interpret questions and suggest possible next steps, but it can misunderstand information or generate inaccurate, incomplete or outdated responses.
Do not rely on Morrow as the sole basis for an important decision. Morrow does not approve enrolment, funding, placement, employment, professional registration, licensing, visas or migration outcomes.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide information that is accurate and not misleading;
- use the website only for lawful and legitimate purposes;
- review information carefully and make your own decisions;
- protect any device, account or access method you use;
- respect the rights, privacy and security of other people; and
- comply with reasonable instructions and applicable laws.
6. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, data or accounts;
- introduce malicious code, automate abusive requests or interfere with service operation;
- scrape, copy or systematically extract content except as permitted by law or written approval;
- use the service to harass, deceive, impersonate or unlawfully profile another person;
- submit confidential, unlawful or infringing content;
- misrepresent Pathway Select information as an official provider or government decision; or
- use Morrow to make high-impact decisions about another person.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, branding, text, graphics, software, databases, selection methods and original content are owned by or licensed to Pathway Select and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, publish, sell, modify, distribute or commercially exploit substantial parts of the service without permission, except where law allows.
Government, provider and third-party materials remain owned by their respective owners.
8. Information you submit
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Pathway Select permission to host, process, reproduce and use that content to provide the requested service, maintain records, improve safety and quality, and exercise rights described in our Privacy Policy.
You must have the right to provide the information and must not submit another person’s personal information without appropriate authority.
9. Third-party websites and providers
The website may link to education providers, government services, placement organisations and other third parties. Links are provided for convenience or context and do not mean Pathway Select controls or guarantees the third party.
Third parties are responsible for their own websites, information, decisions, services, fees, security and privacy practices. Review their terms and policies before proceeding.
10. Referrals and commercial relationships
Pathway Select may receive a fee, commission or other benefit when a person is referred to or proceeds with a partner. A commercial arrangement does not guarantee that a provider will be recommended or that it is suitable for every person.
Further information is available in our Provider Referral and Commercial Disclosure.
11. Website availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of the website or service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure availability. Maintenance, provider outages, security events and circumstances outside our control may affect access.
We may correct errors and update content without notice.
12. Consumer guarantees
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a guarantee can lawfully be limited, our liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pathway Select is not responsible for loss caused by reliance on general or unverified information, a third party’s acts or omissions, a provider’s enrolment or funding decision, changed course information, unavailable placement opportunities, employment outcomes, internet failure or unauthorised use outside our reasonable control.
You remain responsible for verifying information and deciding whether a pathway, provider or service is suitable.
14. Suspension or termination
We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary to protect security, comply with law, address misuse or preserve service integrity. Clauses intended to continue after termination, including intellectual property, privacy and liability provisions, continue to apply.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in Victoria may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory legal rights concerning venue or jurisdiction.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version and updated date will appear on this page. Continuing to use the website after an update means the revised terms apply from the date stated, subject to applicable law.
17. Contact
