1. When this notice applies
This notice applies when you provide information to Pathway Select through Morrow, an enquiry form, eligibility or funding tool, placement-support form, consultation booking, telephone call, email or another collection point.
It should be read with our Privacy Policy. A shorter collection notice may also appear beside a particular form. The notice shown at the point of collection will take priority where it describes a more specific use.
2. Who is collecting the information
Pathway Select is an independent education pathway guidance and referral service based in Victoria, Australia. Pathway Select is not a registered training organisation, education provider or government agency.

3. Information we may collect
Depending on your request, we may collect your name, contact details, suburb or postcode, age range, education and employment circumstances, citizenship or residency category, study and career interests, preferred location and delivery mode, availability, course or placement information, and the answers you provide through our tools.
We may also collect conversation records, technical information, consent choices and records of any referral or follow-up.
4. Why we collect it
We collect information to understand your request, provide relevant pathway information, operate Morrow, identify suitable next steps, contact you, arrange a consultation, provide placement support, make an authorised referral, maintain service records, improve our services and comply with law.
We aim to collect only information reasonably necessary for the relevant service.
5. Required and optional information
Fields marked as required are needed to process that request. Other information is optional, but withholding it may reduce the relevance of guidance or prevent us from completing a referral, booking or placement-support request.
You do not have to proceed with a course, provider, referral or consultation because you supplied information.
6. Provider referral consent
Pathway Select will not treat a general website visit or basic enquiry as permission to disclose your personal information to every provider or partner.
Where you ask us to connect you with a provider or partner, or you select a referral consent option, you authorise us to disclose the information reasonably needed for that introduction. This may include your identity, contact details, location, interests, course preferences, relevant eligibility answers and the context of your request.
The receiving organisation will handle information under its own privacy policy. Pathway Select does not control how an independent provider manages information after it receives it.
7. Placement-support consent
If you request placement support, you authorise Pathway Select to use information about your course, provider, placement requirements, availability and relevant checks to assess possible assistance.
We will seek appropriate permission before sending identifiable information to a potential placement organisation, host, referral partner or education provider unless the disclosure is otherwise authorised or required by law.
8. Marketing consent
Marketing consent must be clear and separate from the information needed to answer your enquiry. If you select a marketing option, Pathway Select may send relevant updates, pathway information, service news or promotional communications by the channels described at collection.
You can withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe method provided or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect service communications needed to complete an active request.
9. Morrow and automated processing
Information provided to Morrow may be analysed using automated and AI-assisted systems to interpret your needs, retrieve information, rank potential options and generate a response. Morrow may be wrong or incomplete and does not determine enrolment, funding, employment, placement, licensing or immigration outcomes.
Authorised people or systems may review conversations for quality, safety, follow-up and service improvement. See the Morrow AI Transparency Statement.
10. Sensitive information
Do not provide health, disability, identity, criminal-history or other sensitive information unless it is reasonably required and the collection point clearly explains why it is needed. Where sensitive information is collected, we will seek consent or rely on another lawful basis.
Do not send passports, licences, police checks, medical records or identity documents through a general form or ordinary email unless Pathway Select specifically requests them through an approved process.
11. Disclosure and service providers
Information may be handled by authorised staff, contractors and technology providers supporting website hosting, communications, analytics, security, customer management, AI processing and service delivery. Some providers may process information outside Australia.
We may also disclose information when required or permitted by law, or to protect safety, rights and security.
12. Consequences of not providing information
If you do not provide required information or consent to a necessary use, we may be unable to personalise guidance, contact you, complete a booking, arrange a referral or assess placement support. You can still access general public information where available.
13. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw a consent choice by contacting support@pathwayselect.com.au. Withdrawal applies prospectively and may not reverse a disclosure already made with valid permission.
If a referral has already been sent, you may also need to contact the receiving organisation directly.
14. Access, correction and complaints
You may request access to or correction of personal information and may complain about our handling of it. See our Privacy Policy and Complaints, Feedback and Review Policy.
