Morrow AI Transparency Statement

How Morrow works, where human oversight applies and what users should understand before relying on an AI-assisted response.
Updated 23 July 2026 4 minute read

1. What Morrow is

Morrow is Pathway Select’s AI-assisted pathway adviser. It is designed to help users express their goals, explore possible study and career directions, understand relevant considerations and identify practical next steps.

Morrow is a product and intelligence layer within Pathway Select. It is not a separate education provider, government body or human professional.

2. What Morrow may do

Depending on the feature, Morrow may:

  • interpret free-text questions and form answers;
  • retrieve course, occupation, location, funding and pathway information;
  • rank or filter potentially relevant options;
  • explain terms and highlight questions to verify;
  • identify when human follow-up may be useful;
  • summarise a conversation for a Pathway Select adviser; and
  • support referral or placement workflows after appropriate consent.

3. What Morrow does not do

Morrow does not:

  • approve or reject enrolment;
  • make a binding funding or eligibility determination;
  • guarantee course availability or fees;
  • approve a work placement or employment;
  • issue qualifications, licences or professional registration;
  • provide legal, medical, financial or migration advice; or
  • replace the responsible provider, authority or qualified professional.

4. How responses are produced

Morrow may combine structured data, rules, retrieval, ranking methods and generative AI. It may use information supplied by the user together with data obtained from government, provider, industry or Pathway Select sources.

The precise technical configuration may change as Pathway Select improves the service. Not every response is generated in the same way.

5. Sources and freshness

Pathway Select aims to use reputable and authoritative sources for important course and eligibility information. However, source data may be incomplete, delayed, inconsistent, changed after ingestion or interpreted incorrectly.

A source-backed response does not guarantee that the source remains current. Verify important information directly with the relevant provider, regulator or authority.

6. AI limitations

Morrow can:

  • misunderstand ambiguous language;
  • confuse similar qualifications or locations;
  • omit an important condition;
  • state outdated information;
  • produce an overconfident explanation;
  • fail to identify a relevant alternative; or
  • reflect limitations or bias in data and system design.

Treat Morrow as an assisted exploration tool, not an infallible authority.

7. Human oversight

Pathway Select may use human review for selected content, high-risk topics, quality checks, complaints, provider onboarding, referral decisions and cases requiring clarification.

Human review is not guaranteed for every conversation or response. You may request clarification or human follow-up where that option is available.

8. Automated decisions

Morrow may automatically rank, classify or prioritise information and enquiries. Pathway Select does not intend Morrow alone to make final decisions that determine a person’s legal rights, government funding, course admission, employment, placement approval or professional registration.

An independent provider or authority may use its own systems and criteria. Pathway Select does not control those systems.

9. Personal information and conversations

Information entered into Morrow may be stored and processed to provide the service, maintain context, arrange follow-up, improve quality, detect misuse and maintain records. Authorised people or technology providers may process conversation data for these purposes.

Do not enter unnecessary identity documents, financial details, medical records, passwords or other highly sensitive information. See our Privacy Policy and Privacy Collection and Consent Notice.

10. Safe and appropriate use

Do not use Morrow for emergencies, immediate safety issues, diagnosis, crisis support or decisions requiring regulated professional advice. Contact an appropriate emergency, health, legal, migration or financial service instead.

Do not use Morrow to make high-impact decisions about another person or to submit information about someone without authority.

11. Fairness and accessibility

Pathway Select aims to improve the clarity, accessibility and fairness of Morrow. Automated systems can still perform unevenly across language styles, literacy levels, disability, cultural context and unusual circumstances.

Tell us if the interface is inaccessible, a response appears biased or a relevant circumstance was not understood.

12. Correcting or challenging a response

You can ask Morrow to clarify, provide a source or reconsider an answer. For a material concern, contact Pathway Select and include the relevant wording or screenshot where practical.

We may correct content, adjust system rules, update data or add warnings. We may not be able to explain every technical detail where doing so would expose security, proprietary methods or another person’s information.

13. Service changes

Morrow may change as models, data sources, safeguards and features develop. We may restrict a topic or suspend a function where accuracy, safety, legal or operational concerns arise.
