Accessibility Statement

Pathway Select’s approach to creating a clear and usable experience for people with different access needs.
Updated 23 July 2026 3 minute read

1. Our commitment

Pathway Select aims to make its website, Morrow and digital services clear and usable for people with diverse abilities, technologies, literacy levels and access needs.

Accessibility is treated as an ongoing design and operational responsibility rather than a one-time certification.

2. Accessibility standard

We aim to align our public digital experience with the principles and relevant success criteria of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, where reasonably practicable.

We do not claim that every page, document, integration or third-party feature is fully compliant at all times unless it has been formally tested and confirmed.

3. Features we aim to support

Our design and development approach aims to include:

  • clear heading structure and readable content order;
  • keyboard-accessible navigation and controls;
  • visible focus indicators;
  • sufficient colour contrast;
  • responsive text and layouts;
  • meaningful link labels and form instructions;
  • alternative text for informative images;
  • reduced-motion support for non-essential animation;
  • touch targets suitable for mobile interaction;
  • error messages that explain how to correct a form; and
  • content written in clear language where possible.

4. Morrow accessibility

Morrow should be usable with keyboard navigation and common assistive technologies, but conversational interfaces can create accessibility challenges. We aim to provide clear progression, readable messages, labelled controls and alternative ways to contact Pathway Select.

Tell us if Morrow traps focus, announces content incorrectly, moves unexpectedly, is difficult to read or prevents completion of a task.

5. Mobile design

Pathway Select treats mobile as a deliberately simplified experience rather than a compressed desktop page. Forms and questionnaires should present manageable steps, clear Back and Continue actions and compact supporting information.

6. Animation and motion

Non-essential animation should respect device reduced-motion preferences. Motion should not be required to understand content or complete an action.

7. Documents and external content

PDFs, embedded media, provider content and third-party tools may not meet the same accessibility standard. Pathway Select may not control the code or content of an independent service.

Contact us if you need Pathway Select content in another reasonable format.

8. Known limitations

Potential limitations may include:

  • older or newly introduced pages awaiting review;
  • third-party booking, map, chat, analytics or provider components;
  • documents supplied by external organisations;
  • complex tables or visualisations;
  • AI-generated content that is overly complex or structured poorly; and
  • temporary defects introduced during website updates.

9. Requesting assistance

If you cannot access information or complete a task, tell us:

  • the page or feature involved;
  • what you were trying to do;
  • the device, browser or assistive technology used, if comfortable sharing it;
  • the barrier you encountered; and
  • the format or adjustment that would help.

Do not provide disability or health information beyond what is reasonably necessary to explain the adjustment requested.

10. Feedback and remediation

We will assess accessibility reports according to impact, urgency, technical complexity and available alternatives. We may provide an immediate workaround while a permanent improvement is developed.
