Cookie and Communications Policy

How Pathway Select uses website technologies and manages email, SMS, telephone and service communications.
Updated 23 July 2026 4 minute read

1. Scope

This policy explains how Pathway Select uses cookies and related technologies and how we manage email, SMS, telephone and other communications.

It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small data files stored on or accessed from a device when a website is used. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags, software development kits and session identifiers.

3. Essential technologies

Essential technologies may be used to:

  • load and secure the website;
  • maintain sessions and form progress;
  • remember basic preferences;
  • prevent fraud, abuse and malicious traffic;
  • support Shopify, Cloudflare and related infrastructure; and
  • provide features requested by the user.

Disabling essential technologies may prevent the website or Morrow from functioning correctly.

4. Analytics and performance

We may use analytics and performance technologies to understand visits, devices, pages viewed, navigation, errors, page speed, referral sources, engagement and conversion events.

We use this information to improve design, content, accessibility, reliability and service performance. Where practical, analytics should be configured to minimise unnecessary personal information.

5. Functional technologies

Functional technologies may remember preferences, conversation state, consent choices, location selections or other settings that make the service easier to use.

6. Advertising and conversion measurement

If Pathway Select activates advertising, remarketing or conversion tools, the cookie notice and this policy should identify those categories and provide controls required by applicable law and platform rules.

The presence of a category in this policy does not mean every possible advertising platform is currently installed. The live consent interface and website configuration should reflect the technologies actually in use.

7. Third-party technologies

Shopify, Cloudflare, communications providers, analytics services, embedded content and other suppliers may place or access technologies as part of their services. Their own privacy and cookie terms may apply.

8. Managing cookies

You can manage many cookies through the website consent controls, where available, and through browser settings. You may be able to block, delete or restrict cookies or use private-browsing controls.

Blocking cookies may affect saved preferences, forms, Morrow sessions, security and website functionality.

9. Service communications

Pathway Select may send communications reasonably necessary to:

  • respond to an enquiry;
  • confirm or manage a consultation;
  • progress a requested referral or placement-support case;
  • provide information or documents you requested;
  • notify you about service, security or policy changes; or
  • resolve a complaint or support issue.

Service communications are different from promotional marketing. Opting out of marketing may not stop communications needed to complete an active request.

10. Marketing email and SMS

Pathway Select may send promotional email or SMS where we have consent or another lawful basis. Marketing messages should identify Pathway Select and provide a clear, functional way to unsubscribe.

We aim to action unsubscribe requests within five working days. An unsubscribe method should remain functional for the legally required period and should not require payment or unnecessary personal information.

11. Telephone communications

If you provide a telephone number and request contact, Pathway Select or an authorised referral partner may call about that request. Marketing calls must comply with applicable consent, identification and do-not-call requirements.

You can ask Pathway Select not to make marketing calls. A provider that received your details with permission may need to be contacted separately about its communications.

12. Consent records

We may keep records of when, how and what you consented to, including form wording, date, source, contact channel and changes to preferences. These records help us respect your choices and demonstrate compliance.

13. Unsubscribing

Use the unsubscribe link in an email, reply STOP where that instruction is offered for SMS, or contact support@pathwayselect.com.au.

Tell us which email address or number the request relates to. Do not send passwords or identity documents.

14. Referral-partner communications

If you authorise a referral, the receiving provider or partner may contact you about that referral. Its own communication and privacy practices apply. Withdrawing marketing consent from Pathway Select does not automatically unsubscribe you from an independent provider.

15. Changes to this policy

Technologies and providers may change. We will update this page and, where appropriate, the website consent controls when material changes occur.

16. Contact

Email support@pathwayselect.com.au or use our contact page.
