Trust by design

How Pathway Select handles your pathway enquiry.

Morrow helps collect your pathway, funding and placement questions so Pathway Select can prepare a clearer enquiry for review. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do not promise.

01

What Morrow collects

Morrow may ask about your pathway interest, location, study preference, start timeframe, funding questions, placement-help need and contact preference.

02

When contact details are requested

Contact details are requested near the end of the pathway flow, after you choose to submit an enquiry and give consent for review.

03

Why consent matters

Consent allows Pathway Select to use your answers and contact details to prepare your pathway or placement-help enquiry for review.

Clear boundaries

What Pathway Select does not guarantee

Funding

We do not confirm your personal eligibility for Skills First, Free TAFE, subsidy or any funded place. A provider or relevant authority must confirm this.

Provider acceptance

Submitting an enquiry does not mean a provider or partner has accepted you.

Placement

Placement availability, suitability, timing and approval must be confirmed by the provider, partner or host organisation.

Fees, intake and enrolment

Course fees, intake availability and enrolment outcomes must be confirmed by the provider.

How your enquiry moves

From Morrow to review

1

You answer Morrow’s questions

Your pathway, location, funding and placement-help context is collected.

2

You give consent

You choose whether to provide contact details and consent for review.

3

Pathway Select reviews

The enquiry is checked for completeness and suitability.

4

Partner/provider review may follow

If appropriate, the enquiry may be prepared for partner or provider review.

Privacy approach

Designed to avoid unnecessary exposure

Pathway Select separates public pathway information from private student journey information. Public pages explain pathways. Morrow handles private student answers and contact-consent information inside the pathway flow.

Internal review tools are designed to avoid exposing raw contact details unnecessarily. Contact details are used for the purpose of preparing and reviewing your enquiry when you provide consent.
